Constant outages, poor excuses, terrible customer service, rudeness by the "staff" who I am convinced just sit at home and maybe occasionally check their emails and reply to one or two!
No response to social media conversations, does not honor SLA, Oversell resources which cause huge outages (usually 12+ hours), unencrypted data transfer through their control panel
NO 24/support which is what they state on their site

Worst customer support. switched off my machine without any warning and now not giving access to my data. closing the support tickets without replying back.
