[redacted] filled out paperwork to rent a Shelby Cobra for day ($Total)An Imagine Lifestyles representative went over in great detail on all costs, delivery options, cancellation policy and our rental car protocolsWe also explained that when using a delivery service we have a window of time in which the vehicle can be delivered and if you need an exact time you should request the vehicle the day before.The Shelby Cobra had mechanical issues and parts would not be in until after the date of their rentalThe day before the rental, we contacted [redacted] to inform her that the car she requested would not be availableAt that time, Imagine Lifestyles explained she can have a full refund or we can upgrade her to a Rolls Royce ($1834.50) $upgrade for the mechanical issueWe did not hear back from [redacted] until the day of her rental (approx 9AM).The day of her rental, she choose to continue with the rental and rent the Rolls Royce of which we reserved for her rental periodWe explained that since the late noticed delivery will take additional timeShe said that was OK and confirmed that she did want to rent the Rolls Royce and reserving that vehicleAs were in the process of delivering the Rolls Royce to her (approx mins away/hour travel time from our warehouse), she decided she did not want to move forward with the rentalWe again explained to her our cancellation policy and she still refused the vehicle delivery.Please let us know if you require any additional information, [redacted] CEO Imagine Lifestyles

As were in the process of delivering the Rolls Royce to her (approx 30 mins away/2 hour travel time from our warehouse), she decided she did not want to move forward with the rental.
