differences between the system she was using and the new system she is now using. The business has offered 6 more months of system support for [redacted] to make sure that she is comfortable with the system.

Review: I submit this on behalf of my elderly mother who sent Cloud these grievances [redacted]): "I have received from your company an incorrect product, unexpected charges, damaged personal material, and no response when I have attempted contact by telephone or email. Let me present my experience to you: I decided to get a new computer, as I had been urged to do so for several months by one of your tech personnel. I was promised a brand new [redacted] computer for a cost of approximately $400, and was told that the set up of this computer would take three or four days. Instead, I received a used older model [redacted] computer that still contained the previous owner's files and programs. It took over three weeks to set up the computer and despite being under a service contract I was charged an additional $300 for the set up without prior notification that there would be an additional charge. After the computer was in my home, I experienced one issue after another. I was upset to find that some of my own files and programs were damaged or lost, including my calendar. Some of my PowerPoint shows were missing their music. Many of my settings were changed; my [redacted] which were previously set to open with [redacted] now open with [redacted] and some [redacted] will not open at all. In an attempt to fix these issues, your tech personnel have logged on remotely, scanned the computer from afar, and then ended their service for the day, without having solved the issue. The most recent message I have received from your company was on December 27, 2013 and requested that I bring in my computer for reformatting and said that reformatting would take three or four days. I have been unable to communicate with your company. I cannot reach you by phone and my emails go unanswered. No one with your company is available to tell me what is happening or to answer my questions."Desired Settlement: My mother requests from Cloud a new [redacted] computer, as originally promised, transfer of all her files, without damage, the ability to keep the current used computer until she is sure that the new computer is functioning properly, no additional charges since she has already paid for this service.
