I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was advertised on Cars.com as in good condition also at the time of purchase the owner informed me that the vehicle was in good condition and was just serviced by a Land Rover TechnicianHe did not at any time on 9/24/disclosed that the vehicle had a Drivetran issue or that the engine was still leaking fluidHe offered a third party warranty for an additional $2700;had the issues of the vehicle had been disclosed or advertised then I would not have purchased the vehicle to begin withAs stated the vehicle was advertised as in good condition with an additional verbal assurance from the dealerWhen I produced documentation from Land Rover that shows that the vehicle was in poor condition, and that the vehicle could not pass inspection the dealer did not offer me my money back but offered the repairs to be done by his mechanic at an additional cost.The vehicle was sold with no way of it passing state inspection I have documentation from the Land Rover Dealership and A&L repair shop that will prove this vehicle was sold illegallyIt has been over weeks and no vehicle title has been produced
