*** did indeed have his car at our shop on the date statedI *** haveincluded a copy of the bill *** was given that states his complaint and our findings, as well as the bill for the brake work done days prior.We had technicians test drive the carAs you can see there was no
diagagnostic fee assessed for the test drives that yeilded no noisesThere was no noise present at time of shop visitThe only things we could find wrong are stated on the bil, Tires are making noise, too much oil in car, and valve cover gasket leaking.Servicing of the brake system days prior would have absolutely nothing to do with a no start condition.I *** had offered to *** to bring car in so we could identify the cause of the no start issueHe did not want to bring car in for us to do soI told *** it seems that we are at an impass until we see the car.We will not be fixing or towing the car free of chargeThank you for yourhelp in this matter

[There was communication on the issues of the vehicle, however, it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional regarding the car being unable to start immediately after visiting Meineke. Especially after being told the car was "safe to drive" before returning the keys! No "diagnostic fee" does not conclude that a diagnostic was not done - given that the business test drove the car multiple times. It acts as an excuse to keep the business from accepting responsibility for unprofessional customer service.
