This company just took my money
Good Afternoon,
We hope you are doing well. We have been in contact with this customer and have addressed their complaint. The customer was upset that their order had not shipped after several weeks. We have advised the customer in advance that due to COVID -19 our website orders will ship out when business resumes in NY city in accordance with state orders as we are a non essential business. We did tell the customer that if they could not endure the wait we would gladly refund their money. Initially he wanted to wait and it was not until he threatened us that he would report us to Revdex.com if we did not ship out his order. We will not go against the city ordanance to ship the customers order. Wae have since initiated the refund to him.

Their response is partially not true, they have not been in contact with me, hence the reason for the initial complaint.
I on the other hand called them before placing order and their response was they are working and shipping through the covid situation and gave me the ok to place order, so their response that they didn’t ship because of virus is a outright lie
But I have finally received the refund. And will never do business with them again You can close case
