Dear Revdex.com,Cloud Valley Vapor has and always will strive to ensure exemplary customer service and goodwill to our customers. It is our full intention to fully resolve this matter amicably for both parties.On 3/22/2016 we ran [redacted]'s card for $42.40 and it was declined. So we took cash in lieu as payment. Later that day the gentleman who was with her returned with his cellphone and stated that we had made a charge on his bank account and showed us the statement. He was advised that we have a 3 day processing time to ensure that we do not double charge or not charge at all. In the event of a double charge we will be more than happy to refund the overcharged amount. After reviewing the surveillance tapes I can not find [redacted] at the shop at any time since the original purchase. I will be more than happy to send Said video to you. Regarding the carding of customers, it is our standing to card any person who appears under 30 years old in compliance with state and local laws. Many of our customers are regulars who have been carded and are known to us to be of age so asking for their ID a 4th, 5th, or 6 time is redundant.In the spirit of conciliation we will refund [redacted] the amount of the bank statement and offer her an in store credit for her troubles pending proof of the charge actually going through.Regards, Christine S
