This complaint is completely illegitimatefirst off my employee spoke prematurely in regards to not having our "clean up" equipment with us, although one truck had left the job there were plenty of blowers and tools to finish the cleanup in the remaining two trucks that were still at the job siteWhich [redacted] clearly would have seen when we pulled out our tools to finish cleaning after he had been told we didn't have any, it was pretty obvious we had them because he watched us use themSecondlyhe was so ecstatically pleased with the job prior to us leaving that he even paid $over the original price because he said what a great job it was His yard and his neighbors yard was pristine when we were leaving we had cleaned up all the brush and Hauled away the wood rounds Yes there were shavings from the stump being taken out which is always a byproduct of having that particular serviceHe even insisted we leave the chips so he could spread them He claims there was yards of chips..lol, yards is literally a full dump truck I've never ground one stump that produced anything even close to that.in my opinion this is a shady attempt to get $ from meThe reason I say this is because of how enthusiastic he was at the completion of the job then to only call my salesman the next day berating him with cuss words and insultsBill kindly hung up on him for he doesn't have to listen to such childish banter Instead of calling me (the owner) and figuring out a solution he goes str into making a complaint and asking for $he completely turns like Jekyll & Hyde This abchange of character leads me to believe we are dealing with some sort of mental instabilitySo in closing [redacted] will not get $dollars from meHe won't even get $

(after days of cleanup) My lawn is the award winning grass on the other side of fenceWhich is my next comment "i want to spread dirty chips where? Heath? other pic includes wheelbarrows I had to remove and walk (see pic) They did not even sweep out mu gutterThis was not caused by stump grinding, but knowing Heath he will justify this in some wayPictures include my damage shed fro falling wood on itThe corner is broken and gutter destroyedI need insurance info to resolve thisIn closing It is obvious that Heath lies and blamesHow they are in business God only knowsThese guys are a comic act and I am glad that photos document thisThis is the worst contractor experience I have ever hadI ave also never taken anyone to small claimsI have no choiceMy wife has had knee replacements I am almost myselfI expected them (based on website and salesman Bill) to perform what they claimThis is a nightmareThank You

*** complaint is partially correctWe did have an equipment failure that day that did not allow us to get to his jobHe was very distraught that we couldn't make it there because he had pictures to take for listing his house, we told him we could fix our equipment and be back out
there first part of the following week and he said that was unacceptableWe then kindly told him if he has to find someone else to come out there then we understand he can do thatHe proceeded to call another company that came out to do the work and charged him an outrageous fee to show up last minuteHe then wanted me to pay for part of his service from the other company, I told him that was unreasonable because we could've gotten out there within a couple days and he chose to pick someone else that charged him way more than he wanted to pay So bottom line… We did break down and were unable to get to the job but we came up with what I thought was a reasonable solution but he was unwilling to work with us in that regard and all he wanted was for me to give him money.thank youHeath H***

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Heath the day this issue happened He was very unhappy with the service his company provided He was on vacation at that time and said that if he wasn't on vacation something like this should have never happened He offered to come by and take a look at the project and provide some type of resolution I told him that because they were unable to perform the work as scheduled I had to pay more for last minute serviceI told him I want to be reimbursed for the difference in cost He didn't seem to think this was unreasonable then Per his request I tried calling him and leaving voicemails on several occasions with no response This led to the Revdex.com complaint It is only fair that cloudy sky would have to pay the difference in costThey had equipment issues that led to me having to pay more for tree services I'm happy to speak with heath to come to a resolution He never has returned my phone call to this date For the record I was completely respectful during my conversations with cloudy sky Unfortunately the same can't be said regarding their communications

He even insisted we leave the chips so he could spread them.  He claims there was 7 yards of chips..lol, 7 yards is literally a full dump truck.  I've never ground one stump that produced anything even close to that.in my opinion this is a shady attempt to get $ from me.
