Review: I purchase windows from this company, and I have 3 that have broken seals (fog). Have warranty that came with windows. I went to their business back in Dec. before Xmas and took pictures of the windows and gave to the lady name [redacted]. She took the information, and I thought that the windows would be in with in the next 3 weeks. She would call and notify me, buy no call. So I called her Jan. 19, 2015 and she said she would have to get back with me later. No call. No call the next day either. So I went to their office Jan. 21, and spoke to [redacted] again. She said that she would let me know something by the end of day, no call again.I purchase my windows before Thanksgiving,and I only want my window replace as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Just need to get windows replace as soon as possible and be informed on when they will be installed.

Good Morning[redacted]I am responding to the letters of complaint that we received on 212/15 regarding [redacted]. We replacedseveral window glasses for him and yes three have failed. It is my fault that I did not return his calls like I wassupposed to. I had been waiting on the manufacturer to say they would replace the units under warranty. I hadsent them his pictures that he brought by to us at Clover Glass. The manufacturer did take a while to get back tous and they wanted us to take pictures of the units to confirm his pictures were correct. The manufacturer will besending Clover Glass replacement units.I have called Mr.[redacted] and apologize for not getting back to him. I also let him know we should have hisreplacement units in approximately two weeks. Once they come in, our office will give him a call to schedule anappointment.
