After once again discussing this situation with all concerned parties I would respectfully disagree and reiterate that the installation will be completed in a timely manner as conditions permit

THe business has taken care of the issue, I folded it this time

I disagree with you there has been no communication with this company not even a sorry for the no call or a response call or delays 90% of this is communication and passing the fault onto another department I get it has rained more then I don't dispute that but if you feel your not wrong I can ask social media what they think it was quick to take the money for the pool but impossible to keep us informed on what is happening

It is our understanding that the cause for installation delay is as follows: The customer negotiated with the installer, *** *** *** ***, and agreed to do their own excavating and site preparation to save moneyWhen the installer arrived on site the excavated area was not large enough to
install the pool and the area was not leveled to the agreed upon tolerance (within 1")The installation was rescheduled after the customer re-excavated the sitePrior to the next scheduled date we experienced extreme rainfall amounts, 2-4" and the customer contacted the installer to post-pone because the area was wet and muddy and not suitable for a pool installationDepending on Weather conditions it should to days for the site to dry out making it acceptable for a proper installation

*** Unfortnately the installation of the *** pool did not occur as intendedThe referred installer, *** *** * *** was not able to fullfill their obligation to install the pool in a timely manner and the *** have opted to contract with another company to do the workClover has agreed to send the *** a rebate ($plus tax) to help offset the cost of the install.We regret the delays and lack of customer service the *** have experienced in this transaction. After once again discussing this situation with all concerned parties I would respectfully disagree and reiterate that the installation will be completed in a timely manner as conditions permit.

One of the most difficult things for anyone in the pool business to control is the weather. Coming off perhaps one of  the rainiest seasons in our local history has resulted in conditions that can delay and inhibit scheduled installations for pools. We at Clover truly appreciate the patience...

and understanding of our customers in working through these unfortunate delays. Our installation crews make their living by working everyday to satisfy their customers and truly do everything possible to maintain a timely schedule. That being said, they do not compromise quality and safety by working on sites that are not ready. Pool sites are construction sites utilizing heavy equipment that can bog down and do damage to wet or soft ground. These same conditions could also result in an inferior installation. It is our policy to make frequent and regular contact with our customers, inspecting the pool site for readiness and accessibility. Rest assured that every effort will be made to complete every installation in a safe and timely manner.
