I requested a quote for trees. I had to call multiple times to get the arborist to come to the house. The arborist did finally come and then I had to wait more than 1 month (am still waiting) for a quote. I have given up waiting and will no longer call about the quote. I have no intention of using this business given the poor customer service. When I called the arborist to ask about the delay in obtaining the quote, I was advised that it would be e-mailed in 5 minutes. That was more than 3 weeks ago. I do not think that this business wants clients given the poor client service so why offer tree consultation, gardening and landscaping if there is no follow-up with the clients???
