The customer service was awful. The person that I spoke to was very pleasent and very informative on the telephone. However, when I arrive to view the vehical the price had changed upward of 3000+ then what was posted on the internet. I was advised that I was wasting his time because I didn't have $3000.00 to put down on the vehical and basically was refused to view the vehical.

Review: My vehicle was paid in full and the associate name buddy I believe is the owner is refusing to give me my title. When I asked him why he said because we called twice to check on the status and he don't appreciate that. He also was very unprofessional saying that he could do whatever he wants with the title etc. Then hung up on my wife & I twice. He said he will never give us the title. We called [redacted] & they said get the company to do a release form and they could get us a copy of the title. When we ask the associate buddy for a release form he said no because he has the title its not lost and hung up.Desired Settlement: I just want my title its been long enough.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from Cloverhill Motors on 6/21/2012. I asked owner at time of purchase was there anything extra or wrong with vehicle that I needed to know about. The salesman assured me vehicle was fine and had no prior damage or accidents. The first day I took vehicle home it broke down and went 2 weeks without vehicle after purchase.Dealership always denied to help with any of issues despite me having a warranty. I fell late on a payment for October 2013. Spoke with the finance company by the name of [redacted] and asked for 2 extra days to catch up payment. Customer service representative by name of [redacted] ext:[redacted] assured me it was ok. The same day vehicle was repossessed. I went a whole month without vehicle in effort to gather money to redeem car. Once I got money they told me the car was ready for me to pick up from [redacted] located off of [redacted]. Was advised the vehicle was actually sent 2 hours away and I was responsible to get it or lose my money and they would keep it.Got vehicle and when returned I was not aware of them expecting extra $845.00. Had been threatened and harassed. I went to [redacted] dealership located in Midlothian,Virginia to get a resolution to resolve debt and pay off vehicle in exchange for a more affordable vehicle with less issues. Once letting the [redacted] dealership inspect vehicle and run vin, they discovered the [redacted] was a total loss declared vehicle and I had no business with it if I had asked the salesman about that at time of purchase. They advised me to contact dealership and notify them cause that was a breach of my agreed contract. I contacted the finance company [redacted] and they advised me that it was not there responsibility. Went to Cloverhill Motors and salesman by name of [redacted] was very nasty and refused to show me any paperwork and said he couldn't do nothing and had nothing to say. The assistant by name of [redacted] also denied and refused to show any paperwork.Desired Settlement: I feel as tho I was scammed and lied to about the vehicle from the jump start, and to top things off and make it worse the dealership that took my trade in vehicle and money is now trying to deny me and push me off as tho they don't wont to and cant do anything about it even tho it is illegal and justifies as fraud. I would like to have contract terminated and a refund in amount of down payment to purchase another vehicle that is not total loss and illegal that actually has value.

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that the consumer purchases the car on May 17,2012. When [redacted] bought the car from the auction they always state whether a car has been in an accident and they did not with this car. The company did and [redacted] on the title of the car and their was 2 previous owners with no accidents. [redacted] ran a title check again on January 30th and the car was a total on November 6, 2012. There was a warranty on the car, 24 months or 24,000 miles.

Review: I had a verbal agreement with Cloverhill Motors to purchase a [redacted] for 10,800. Claude said "the [redacted]" (who I assume is [redacted] or [redacted]) agreed to this price. I put down a $1500 down payment through my credit card. They said nothing about any fees. I did not sign any documents for the purchase of the vehicle. When [redacted] (who I assume is the finance manager) was getting financing for the purchase of the vehicle they upped the price by over $1000. I decided not to get the vehicle and asked for a refund. [redacted] said the [redacted] was charging a $75 fee for a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $1500

Spoke with the business. He stated that he will refund the $75 processing fee. The customer can reach out to the business directly if he would like to pick up the check from the business or they will mail out a check on Tuesday.
