Review: This company was assinged to me by my home warranty company once to do periodic HVAC maintenance and NEVER called to set up the appointment. Then I needed HVAC repairs and my company again assigned this company. They showed up 1 and a half hours late, I had to call to see if they had even any intent to show. They show up do a quick diagnosis, call it in to my warranty company then refuse to do the work, and refuse to tell me why, and charge me for coming out.Desired Settlement: I want the money I was charged refunded. This company was late, had no respect for time or my concerns and did nothing.
