The office on Hixon pike is to be avoided at all costs.....I have a 2:appointment and was there minearlyNo one was in the office I could see....I waited until 2:and shouted for someoneA lady came from the back and said in a terse voice....Can I help you? I told her I had a 2:appointment.....she said she was finishing up and to have a seat.......she nor anyone else ever came back.....left minlaterHad to drive an hour to get there and an hour homeI would highly advise using another company for you CPAPAnd I just had a call from them wanting to make another appointment......Why in the world would I do that after being treated this badly?
