I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We feel *** owes us at least half of our purchase price of the dog She knew when we purchased the dog it was not what she stated she was, and after we had the dog for a while we would not want to return her and nothing would be done How many other people has *** sold dogs to that are not what they are suppose to be She should not be able to put a advertisement in the paper to sell something that she knows is not true

Telephone response obtained from company as follows:The company stated they did suggest a bigger, more sturdy dog to the consumer. The company stated they did have reservations about selling the dog to the consumer. The company stated they gave the consumer pages of written information
and preventative medications. The company stated the consumer lost the medications and the company sent them more. The company stated they have a 98% success rate. The company stated puppies she raises will thrive and survive. The company stated she cannot guarantee that the puppy will be well taken care of one the puppy leaves her possession. The company stated the consumer took the dog to a vet and the vet contradicted her recommendations. The company stated they will not have any further communication with the consumer or the Revdex.com about this matter
