previous attempts to repair a problem and those receipts are usually very helpful to solving the problem. Had this information been provided I think we both would have had a more desirable outcome with less time and money invested and more answers the first time around. From my standpoint it is always a more difficult situation to get involved with a customer and their vehicle when someone else has been working on it previously and unsuccessful in repairing it. Was the original problem O2 sensor codes or Catalytic Converter?
However, I cannot accept that you were treated with disrespect and must address whoever is responsible for that. Will you please elaborate as to who is responsible and what was said? Also, you say you appreciate my phone call but none of your requests were taken care of...can you list your unresolved requests? I cannot resolve what I am unaware of. Since you have chosen not to do business with me I cannot credit you anything but I would be willing to refund you the additional diagnostic charges of $165. Is your address at 2137 Goshen Ave XXXXX correct? I expect that you are also filing a complaint against the shop that actually installed the wrong parts on your truck and did not correct the problem?
