In response to the complaint that you are handling on behalf of [redacted], Ossip Optometry has done the following:
(1) Returned Ms. [redacted]'s Contact Lens exam benefit back to Davis Vision(her vision insurance...

provider). Davis Vision has already recouped the payment that they made to Ossip Optometry + Ophthalmology for those exam services.
(2) Issued a credit in the amount of [redacted] to Ms. [redacted]'s account for the OPTOMAP(retinal photography). A voicemail message was left on (XXX)XXX-XXXX(the cell number that we have listed in our system) informing her that she has a [redacted] credit and can call us to have that converted to a refund over the phone.

I talked the the manger He stated he would get the exam and contact fitting benefit refund they couldnt get it right.
After the worst experience of my life at an eye Dr. I was told I would get a refund to my ins. On my eye exam. They asked to just give me the script and I could go elsewhere I stated why would I do that when the script isn't right. They stated they would refund it. All this time it's been 5 months I 1 month they were slow so I called insurance they said that I asked for the fitting only that is another lie from this company I thought everything was resolved but I closed my case too short cause they lie.
I expect that they do what the manger said they would do I need to get my eyes checked and get contacts for glasses . This is truly a loss of enjoyment of life. Totally unprofessional.
The first one was for a refund on the picture of the eye for [redacted] which they did agree to pay back after the claim but have failed to do so. This is for the eye exam and contact fitting which I didn't originally file on cause the had agreed to refund but again nothing has been paid back. So I felt this was a new claim the company doesn't follow through with the agreement they make. And the total for the exam and contact fitting was over [redacted] in addition to the [redacted] for the picture of the eye. They have done absolutely nothing but promise refunds and lie. They contacted me on the refund for the picture I told them on my card was fine but over a month later and still nothing there on the original claim. The insurance company has notes about them saying they would refund everything else but then they stated I was happy with everything else which is untrue I am unable to see with their exam script. And have to get a new exam and contact fitting which they used my benefits so I will have to pay again.
