CLPF-Printhouse Lofts

Review: I rent an apartment from CLPF-Printhouse Lofts, LLC. I moved in on September *, 2014. The building was a new construction and I am the first resident of apartment 3D. The building has had a number of issues including, electrical outlets not working, debris falling from the ceiling, residents smoking indoors and extremely high electric usage. The building management has been non-responses dealing with these issues and has failed to verify the cause of this issues.Desired Settlement: I am seeking damages for the following:$500 for the electrical surge over the winter$500 for the electrical units in my apartment that still don't work$400 failure to keep a smoke-free environment $300 constant need for cleaning of the ceiling debris....and I would like the items fixed or I would like the company to pay for my relocation estimated to cost $2,000
