CLS Mortgage, Inc.

Review: CLS mortgage inc. Has failed to properly keep records, has $1,200.00 of mine in an escrow account and then filled bankruptcy. They also were to pay my insurance and taxes per our contract, my homeowners insurance was canceled five times in four years ( now I presently have no insurance and no one will insure me) because of thier breaking of the contract and having my insurance canceled due to none payment so many times. Now the lender [redacted] drives by honking and leaving notes on my door and [redacted] inc. Has false information and are charging me unfairly. I have three different figures from all three of them, when I asked for a copy of my original signing of the dead and contact and everything from then on, all my money paid. Well they said they don't have any of that ?.Desired Settlement: To have my name in good standing with the insurance companies ( foremost and assurant ) my money refunded and a three part audit on CLS mortgage inc, [redacted] and [redacted] services. I believe they have harassed me and my family, embezzled from me and slandered my name by ruining my credit with the insurance companies. Plus I believe it's my legal right to ask for my records and received them. I've also filled complaints with the Attorney general office and next I will be contacting and filling a complaint with CPGB and the federal government. Thank you for your time on this matter
