We do not accept their responseBelgian Electric was contracted by Old Dutch Homes and should have been informed of the extent of the project and should have forwarded any concerns to Old Dutch Homes The number of trips could have been fewer if more time was spent on the jobAt times, Belgian arrived at 10:00AM and left before 3:00PMThe last day on the job they said they would be there first thing in the morningThey arrived at 11:45AM and left at 2:30PMAlso, at times, including the last day, they would call to reschedule a promised work day, often stating they had to work at or finish another project, causing further delay on our project Belgian was fully aware of the buried cable issue as we had discussed this during the initial service install and they had to redo and bury the cable The cost of the wiring of the generator was discussed, and I was told, included in some of the charges above the initial estimates given to Old Dutch HomesAs shown in the included pictures, this connection is unsafe and most likely need repair or replacement within a few years due to its free swinging nature, wind and exposure to the weather, and possibility of being tripped over and other contact by people possibly causing injury We have pictures of their installation for review
