My complaint is that I have been dealing with them since last year, the sales guy at the gym named Syed sold me the membership and he did not informed the policy and did not gave me an option for payment as there to options either I can pay upfromt or I can pay monthly, I made him very clear I will only be in gym for 3 months and that is why I took trainer sessions, and moreover he made me sign the contract on computer and did not gave me a copy of it, as per the policy he should have given me the copy of the contract that had all the details, when I got to Know that he signed me up for yearly membership Without even letting me know, I went to the gym and had a talk with the manager Mark he applogised and he said he will Look into the matter , check the cameras and will talk to Syed and get back to me, he emailed me saying that they dont have cameras at the reception so they cannot see wether they have provided me the copy of contract, while I was dealing with manager , employee sa

I signed a year membership in May last 2017. It is one year non recurring, It was expired and the GYM still charging me every 2 weeks up to today. I sent several emails to them and they only replied one asking for my birth date and ignored all other emails. I am currently traveling outside Canada and won't go back untill 2019 Jan. I have no other method to reslove this as they refuse to reply.

Many machines are broken and take months to fixBoth urinals in mens change room dont work and bathroom is always flooded with urine all over the place Also services advertised in their website are not actually offered in the gym and nobody can tell me why

I went into Club at Surrey Central with the intention of signing up for a month-to-month gym membership for their $bi-weekly feeWhen I was going through the process of signing up with their sales associate, he was really pushing their personal training session on meI declined initially, but after some convincing I allowed him to explain the package to meTheir contract is rather unclear and I was not certain of how to interpret the 'plan' that is outlined so I asked for verbal clarificationI was told that for $bi-weekly I would receive personal training session per week for year in addition to a free introductory sessionAs this seemed very inexpensive to me I repeated what I was told and asked if that was accurateThe Sales person said yes it is and that my personal trainer can go even further into detail with me about itSatisfied with this explanation, I agreed to sign the year personal training session contract and move forward with it
