Club 7 Apartments

Worst place everYesterday (1/16/17) without warning or notification, they shut off water to the apartment to upgrade the water heatersMy wife went to the office to find out why, and was told they had no idea that the water heaters would be replaced today and that she should be happy they are replacing the water heatersWater finally came back on last night some time around 6pmNow it's 6:15am on (1/17/17) and there is no hot water, called emergency maintenance and was told it won't be fixed until sometime after 7amThis is just one of many issues me and my wife have had with the office staff of this place

Worst customer service. This place is infested with roaches. After having my apartment sprayed, roaches have still been present both inside and around my apartment. There is a mildew/mold smelling room next door which they want to rent for almost $1000. Prices are ALWAYS "subject to change" so be prepared to be OVERCHARGED :) The office people very seldom answer the phone or make calls back. When searching for "Club 7" apartments, you will not find any reviews, aside from FB which their own emlpoyees review. They seem to change property managers often, which is shady.
