Joe refinished my floors, but there was an issue with saddle (it was cracked) Joe said he would be back to fix it The problem is that it has been over two years and it is still not fixed He has been extremely difficult to reach and only returns calls after numerous attempts to contact him, sometimes weeks later When we actually reach him, he assures us he will be out within the week but then never shows up, never calls and the process begins again trying to reach him My wife has cancelled appointments waiting for him to show up, only not to show up and does not call He always seems to have an excuse asa to why he did not come out to fix it Once telling my wife he had no other work out my way so we had to wait until he did have more work out my way
