Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I can't begin to tell you the lies this business is spewing I have never been offered to go to another site I was never offered numbing cream PRIOR to the service I was given (on my finger tip) cream for part of the body AFTER the painful service I did have lip and underarm done and I was clenching my fists the whole time and not breathing [redacted] even told me she was concerned that I was holding my breath the whole time I NEVER had the upper leg or Brazilian done The entire procedure stopped as she started the upper legIt was or stings from the machine, that was it Not even the a small part was doneThey NEVER offered to let me use the Brazilian body part on another area Our [redacted] company apologized that they couldn't do more to help me after I initiated the claim against [redacted] It was denied from them only because [redacted] does laser and that is what I paid fornot for "overwhelming" information from [redacted] They aren't "willing to bend over backwards" for their clients at all Give me my money back and leave me alone is all I am asking THAT would be bending over backwards Let this end Do the right thing The money I paid ($998) is more to me than to you, such a wonderful company that has sites plus multiple gyms Do you really need that money from me? I spent minutes in your location and will never come back, never use your machines again, etc Why keep my money? On February **, 2014, *** *** purchased a laser hair removal package and signed documentation including a Laser Hair Removal Patient Consent Form outlining the benefits and risks of the procedure and acknowledgement that
the purchase was not refundable
As with all clients that purchase these treatments, it was explained to *** *** that laser hair removal is almost never a pain free process and what to expect as far as discomfort and available remedies to make the process more tolerableMany factors determine the comfort level, such as the area being treated, personal threshold for pain, and how badly they want to achieve the desired resultShe initialed each item as it was discussed with her, acknowledging she understood the process and what to expect based on the information she provided on the documentation
Two months later, *** *** came in for her first session of laser treatments on different body areas (lip, under arm, upper legs and brazilian)The only treatment not done was the brazilian - to most, the most sensitive area for any type of treatmentShe was offered numbing cream, which most clients use, however, she refusedShe stated our laser was more painful than others so we offered her treatments in one of our other spas that all have different model lasers, which she also refusedWe offered to credit the brazilian sessions to another body area, which she refused as wellShe also complained to the technician about the distance she had to travel to get to the spa, even though of the other spas we offered her treatments at are closer to her home than the one she was treated at
*** ***’s initiated a credit card dispute with *** *** and was denied a refund when they decided there was overwhelming evidence she was treated fairly and reasonably and there was no basis for a refund
We are still willing to accommodate *** ***, providing the services she paid for (or comparable services) at any one of our facilitiesWe are willing to bend over backwards to make our clients happy, however, they need to at least be open to our efforts

I have never been offered to go to another site.  I was never offered numbing cream PRIOR to the service.  I was given (on my finger tip) cream for 1 part of the body AFTER the painful service.   I did have lip and underarm done and I was clenching my fists the whole time and not breathing.  [redacted] even told me she was concerned that I was holding my breath the whole time.  I NEVER had the upper leg or Brazilian done.  The entire procedure stopped as she started the 1 upper leg. It was 5 or 6 stings from the machine, that was it.  Not even the a small part was done. They NEVER offered to let me use the Brazilian body part on another area. 
Our [redacted] company apologized that they couldn't do more to help me after I initiated the claim against [redacted].  It was denied from them only because [redacted] does laser and that is what I paid for... not for "overwhelming" information from [redacted]
They aren't "willing to bend over backwards" for their clients at all.  Give me my money back and leave me alone is all I am asking.  THAT would be bending over backwards.  Let this end.  Do the right thing.  The money I paid ($998) is more to me than to you, such a wonderful company that has 5 sites plus multiple gyms.  Do you really need that money from me?  I spent 30 minutes in your location and will never come back, never use your machines again, etc.   Why keep my money?  I would even say keep $100 and refund $889 and I will still be satisfied.

Review: [redacted] was offering $998.00 for laser hair removal with this [redacted] company. (Club Fit 247 has many names and a few locations and do different things). When I called to ask questions about their equipment I was told I don't have to buy a discount they would honor the price with cutting out the middle person. I have had laser hair removal in the past and know there are different types of machines. Some hurt a lot and some don't hurt. I spoke with their representative [redacted] about my concerns. I explained if it is the painful machine I didn't want to do it. I explained exactly the two machine I know about. She promised me it was the painless machine. I spoke to her one more time before giving her my credit card. After paying for the service but before going for it I called her 2 more times to clarify that I couldn't and wouldn't sit through the painful machine. She confirmed each time that it is the painless machine. Finally, 2 months after purchasing the laser hair removal package I went for the treatment. It was the most painful experience I have ever had with laser hair removal. So much so I couldn't have her finish the treatment. During the process she agreed this machine does hurt and she wished she knew the name of the painless one, she had heard it was wonderful. After the terrible painful experience I told her I wanted my money back. After a few phone calls [redacted] told me the [redacted] wouldn't speak directly to me and that they will not refund my money. I did sign a paper saying it's not refundable but I also told her I would like to try the treatment before signing it. She said she wasn't allowed to let me in the room without it signed. I tried going through my credit card company to get a refund but they aren't able to help me. Revdex.com is my next step. If I still can't get a refund I will be forced to go to small claims court. $998.00 is a lot of money to lose for a painful experience.Desired Settlement: I would like $998.00 back in either a credit card refund or a check mailed to me.
