Review: On several occasions I have always been approached by certain staff members and a sort of disrespectful and unprofessional tone regarding what I can do with the membership plan that I have and what I cannot do with the membership plan that I have I have a platinum plan I was denied access to a room that I was granted access to before. And I was also told I couldn't bring my daughter with me while I working out and I saw a couple of other parents with their child on the floor with them on a couple of occasions yet no one said anything to them. And where I was going to use the treadmill my daughter would have been sitting at a table and chair adjacent to that treadmill. I am paying for my daughter to attend kit Club unfortunately they closed early on the weekend and by the time I get off work or come in the kids club is closed so I have no choice but to have my daughter with me but where I work out it I'm able to see her.Desired Settlement: They need to train their employees on professional customer service service for customer satisfaction and also extend possibly extend their kids club hours for parents such as myself who have who work late and on the weekend not only that I want a refund for kids club cuz I don't always use kids club and because of my time that I arrive I don't have enough time to workout at the gym so with me not having time to workout at the gym because of what time their kids club clothes I should be getting a refund an apology for the way the staff certain staff members have spoken to me lastly I need a better description of what Platinum membership represents and what that means and what I'm allowed to do and what I'm not allowed to do as a Platinum Member which is the highest membership plan
