I am rejecting this response because:
First of allAt the time I approached ***, he was the only one at the front desk, there was no one else presentI never used the word " , I never said I wish you were deadMy exact words were this and only this "
do you want to know what I think of you, I think you are a filthy demented pervert" and I meant was I said and will make no apologies for it either, rather I would like to ad that now I know that he is a filthy liar as well, along with who ever else said that they were present and backed up his lies. I spoke to *** twice about the musicThings were kept clean for awhile, then they started to play it againBut I noticed that when they did, there were no managers in the club(When the cat's away the mice will play) I also noticed that when a manager arrived they would turn off the filth and turn on the regular music*** and the rest of the management need to be aware of the fact that their employees cannot be trusted without proper supervisionThese mns are playing that filth in mixed company and they don't care what anyone has to say about it.You need to understand "Gansta Rap" and all that it stands forIt's about defying authority, it promotes criminal behavior and perverted sexual conductPeople who listen to it are Gansta wannabes and try to live according to the values promoted by the no talent bums who perform itSo they have no problem with lying about anythingAnd they will use intimidation against anyone who stands between them and their music or anything else for that matter.I'm sure that management is not aware of what is being played while there away, because I'm sure that *** and the rest of the employees at that club are lying through their teeth to them.I strongly recommend that management take a long hard look at every employee that that have working for them and ask other members particularly the older members as to what kind of music was really playing. And keep in this mindI know that they are lying to management about what kind of music they were playing and about what I said to ***Remember,these Gansta's also have the keys to the cash register.Make no mistake, I am not trying to be reinstated as a member, I found another Gym that's quieter, more pleasant, better maintained with newer machines for a much lower priceSo *** did me a big faver by cancelling my contract, it made things much easier.I don't think I would want have to deal with the crowd they have working in there anyway, not after this experience.Attached are the recordings of three phone calls I made the day after the encounter asking to speak to ***Clearly *** the front end supervisor did not want me to speak to ***, because he refused to get *** or even leave him a message to call me, instead he insisted that I come in in person to speak to him I did so the next day to no avail., instead I was told he was not there, but he was, I saw his car out front And *** did not let me in to look for him.These are AMR Files and may have to be downloaded onto a Galaxy phone
