Club Monaco has reached out to the Complainant, [redacted], and explained the sizing and the fit of the product, which is jogger style pant and therefore, a non-traditional fit. Club Monaco told [redacted] that it would gladly exchange the pants she purchased for a different style or issue a full refund. [redacted] was happy with how the issue was resolved, and we considered this matter closed.

Review: I had purchased a pen stand for a close friend of mine for his graduation party on Friday June **. I was going to pick up this item in the store, that said I can pick up the item at 2 pm. However, when I had got to the store at 3 pm to pick up my package, the clerk had told me that they do not have the item in stock. Customer services had contacted me minutes before the actual party saying that the order was cancelled. I was embarrassed to not have a present for one of my best friends, and this is the worst customer service anyone can ask for to call a person 3 hours later of the pick up time to say that the order was cancelled because they did not have it in stock.Desired Settlement: I would like better and more reliable customer service as well as a free gift because of the inconvience this has caused me.

Review: On 7/*/14 I was contacted by Corey L**, Club Monaco's marketing director about an Instagram contest I won to travel to Mexico. Over the next several days she explained to me that she was awaiting for further details to get back to me to follow through the process of the trip. She then asked for a W9 form with my personal information to be sent to her so she could do a background check. I didn't hear back from her for nearly a month. I hear back claiming she received my forms and she's awaiting for details by the finance team. This occurred in November. I emailed her back constantly until she finally replied on January **, 2015. Correy stated she was sorry for the delay and that if I could give her dates that would work for me to book the trip. I sent in dates and she replied to late for me to be able to take the trip on those specific dates. I requested days off from work got them approved and had to cancel those days off because of this incident. On March **, 2015 she stated that they were having legal hiccups on the travel teams part. I gave her a couple more options on dates that would work for me, but she never got back in time for me to be able to actually go on the trip. The last I heard from Correy was 6/*/2015 and still no word yet about the trip. The trip also included a gift card of $500 and every time I would mention it to Correy she disregarded that part of the message. I've been waiting for almost a year to go on this trip and I simply just want to be awarded this trip because I won it.Desired Settlement: Either paid trip to the destination or exact amount of how much the trip is worth.

Review: I recently made a purchase form Clubmonaco.com and I had purchased the Tailored Seth Trousers listed for 149.50 (linked here: [redacted]). I had purchased this product based on the image given by the model. I searched for size references hoping to find out how tall the model was and what size he wore as well as size and fit guide for Men's pants but there were no numbers whatsoever on the site. Out of good faith I purchased the product because it had very specific sizes (32 x 34, 30x32 ect) vs just S,M,L. On their site, they have listed the definition for inseam and in general, pant sizes are measured by Waist, Inseam. I ordered a size 32 x 34 which means the inseam should be more or less 34". However, when I got the product, it seemed extremely short and I double checked the size labelled on the inside and it said 32 x 34. When I took out a tape measurer and measured the inseam , it came out to around 28". That is a HUGE difference from 34". I called customer service and they put in a request to the fulfillment center for correct product dimension and sizing. I received an email from them later saying:

We appreciate your patience as your inquiry regarding the Tailored Seth Trouser was sent to our Fulfillment Center. We apologize that we're unable to provide the information requested, as this item is no longer available in our ClubMonaco.com inventory.

This product is still selling on their website, yet absolutely no one can tell me the correct sizing of their products. I find it ridiculous that they don't have the product dimensions anywhere in their system. I just need to know if the product I received is a faulty product or if this 28" inseam on a 32 x 34 pant is completely normal. I am extremely confused and angered as a shopper by the fact that they do not show any measurements on their website. I don't understand how consumers are supposed to find their right size and find out if they fit into the right products.Desired Settlement: I would like to be told whether or not the product I received is just an oddball and I received a faulty product. If I did, I would like them to send me the correct product with the correct measurements with no hassle and free returns of the faulty product. If the product is supposed to be much shorter than the size that it was ordered as, I would like to return the product with no hassle and free return shipping. I would also like to see them start putting sizing and fit references and information on their website so there will no longer be any confusion.
