After several searches and calls to work with consiere, Club Newport has always been higher priced than what I found on my own My daughter in law also found a trip to Disney the better deal per her search rather than her call to consiere Completely and totally very, very unhappy and regret buying Club Newport Club Newport is not the lowest price What we were told by representative and phone calls to Club Newport has not been a positive experience Also, very difficult to work with a consiere with heavy accent of another language

We have been with Club Newport for over a year now, I am looking to book a Cruise nowWe have never had a problem, we have used it mostly for last minute bookings while on the road , once we even booked in the resort lobby because Newport had the best price the resort said we can't match that so book through them! I also booked a car rental onceWhen we first bought it was in addition to a timeshare we own , it helps us alot for those night stays along the road, when we were out West we ended staying nights in Deadwood , nice place Great price through Newport! I have no complaints, my son has used it also on his Honeymoon said he stayed in star places for under $a night!

Club-Newport supposed to be a program for people who travel a lot to enjoy cheaper rates at the best hotelsI have been a member for a year now and so far it has been the worst experience I have ever had in my lifeLet me explain more
Sample 1: When we signed up they told us that anytime we made a reservation and things changed where we did not want that reservation that we got long as we get the insurance they would give us a full refundThis is a lieIt's basically use it or lose it with this company, the (Insurance is a big waste of time) their commitment on their promises they have made when we signed up was a complete lie
Sample 2: All the customer service reps they have online can't barely help with anythingAll they do is basically do is read information of the paper or website and tell you to call the XXXX-XXX-XXXX number & once you call them they don't help you at all
Sample 3: Saving Money? Do you really get to save money? The idea of Club Newport is if we find someone cheaper then what they were and we already booked with Club Newport then they would give us a full percent refund backThis is again a lieEvery single time I try to get my money backThey ask you to submit a report within 24hrsAfter submitting a report within a hr period then they call and say it's been after hrsIt's too lateSo they won't give you any money backOnce again (LIES)
Sample 4: When you sign up you have to put a credit card on file so they can use to make payments each month to pay off your club newport time shareThey do not email you any receipts showing what you have paidNor send you mail on balances in the mail showing what you have paid.They do nothing but take your moneyThis was and have been so far the worst thing I have signed up for in my entire lifeYou couldn't get more corrupt then Club Newport

I had made a Review based off how Club Newport treat their customersThis is what they emailed me today on 1/11/2017, it readsPlease be advised you are leaving a negative review on the company and not on the resort you bookedWe understand that the Resort itself has an issue we simply provide the booking ability to get the lowest possible rates on a lot of different resortsEven though we do not own nor operate the resort you booked at we are willing to appease you on our end for your trouble with the above credit as a good faith that you will amend your review to reflect not on us but on the Resort that you actually have the issue withIf you feel this is not acceptable still please let us know as We cannot yield a credit to the account if you are not able to amend the reviewWe are going above and beyond to try to take the sting out of that booking and have utter confidence that your future bookings will be met with amazing resultsPlease advise as once our team sees that amended review we will apply the above credit for sameIn response I wrote to them thisI like to also note, that the review I wrote on Revdex.com has to do with the poor performance that Club NewPort has towards their customersThe review has nothing to do with the resort considering we have not gone to the resort yetBut it does have to do with how Club Newport and their handlers treat their customersThis is what the Complaint is about as talked about over the phone on 1/11/on a record callFor more information or understanding please refer to the recorded call that was made today & also refer back to meThe amount being deducted from the overall price on what we owe for the membership or the monthly payment has not fixed the issue at handThanks for the offerBut we do not agree to take the complaint back of what we said at the Revdex.comHow to fix this issue? I booked a week stay at this resort through Club Newport (Vacations Owners)On my reservation is stated all inclusive for $Neither of the companies mentioned on my reservation that I needed to pay more money for may reservation for meals
When you see all inclusive you figure food is included in your price
I read on my reservation terms and conditions and in there there is no mentioned of any additional cost
Beware of all hotels that state all inclusive in Cancun MexicoYour meals come out to be times the room rental
They were charging $dlls per adult per day and $dlls per day for children and up and $dlls per day for children
There were eight people in my party when I received that shocking news that I had to pay $3,dlls for the whole week for meals to stay at their resort
Both the hotel and Club Newport to whom I made the reservation washed their hand and refuse to accommodate my family because I refuse to pay this outrages amount
I found myself frustrated in a country that I don't know where I am, with my autistic son who is also epileptic desperately running around the town on a taxi looking at different hotels who would accommodate my family of eight
Cancun Hotels were booked and most hotels did not have roomsIf they did they could only sleep two people and only had room
Over all to avoid the nightmare, that my family had to go through avoid this hotel and travel agency

Completely and totally very, very unhappy and regret buying Club Newport. Club Newport is not the lowest price. What we were told by representative and phone calls to Club Newport has not been a positive experience. Also, very difficult to work with a consiere with heavy accent of another language.

This company is a Scam.

Club Newport is the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I were promised that Club Newport can provide the best prices out of anyone. Out of 10 searches for locations, they have always been one of the most expensive options. They have the worst customer service ever! Do not buy into their services. I have been trying to get a refund from them, but no luck yet.
