Review: First off, J[redacted] was the person that was helping my boyfriend and I try to rent out an apartment unit. After informing us that a unit was available, she asked us to fill out applications and that we needed to give a $100 holding fee. After providing them with $120 for the application fee and $100 for the holding fee, we were told we would have an answer the following day. With anticipation, we didnt get an answer. I had to call just for them to tell me that their internet was down and the applications were pending. The NEXT day, we get the same response. How is it our problem that their internet is down? There is internet access everywhere. Monday we call and after much disappointment, we just decide to look elsewhere. seeking our money back, they denied us our money. After just returning our $100 for holding fee, they denied us our application fee. This complex is extremely unprofessional, NON-INFORMANT, and very non-responsive. I could only imagine how the tenants are treated.Desired Settlement: Return of application fee. Better and honest customer service. BE PUNCTUAL
