WE BOARDED DOGS THERE AND ON BEHALF OF THE ANIMALS WE WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY. THE CAGES OF THE DOGS HAD FECES AND URINE ON THE FLOOR. THEY DID NOT GIVE THE FOOD AND TREATS WE TOOK AND OUR DOGS NOW HAVE DIARREHA. DO NOT BELIEVE THY ARE LETTING THEM GO OUTSIDE.

My dad and I went to look at [redacted] today. She was so beautiful we wanted to take her home so bad. We asked about her past and they knew nothing about her and had no papers for her. She's a rescue animal but yet they wanted $400 for her and they only had to pay $50 to get her from the dog pound in Findlay,OH. That's [redacted]. how can you charge that much for a dog you know nothing about and have no papers on?

We travel almost every other month and love our pets but are forced to board them. I have two dogs that both love this kennel. The dogs actually get excited when they get to the door. Not nervous, etc. My Yorkie comes out in one of the caretakers arms and is always wagging his tail and excited to be with the employees. When he sees me he is happy but not showing the desperation to get away from the kennel employees that I have witnessed elsewhere. My other dog is very large and difficult to handle on a leash. He is actually fine off one at home. I have walked him to the back on his leash just to make life easier for the kennel employees and have not had the experience that the negative review had. The only problem I have every had with this is they forgot to bathe my dog one time before the dogs were scheduled. The dogs offered to pick the dogs up and wash both dogs for free. I was amazed at the quick response and willingness to make right the one error made. My dogs don't eat well in any change, even when I take them with me, this is typical of pets. They do seem to eat better at Club Pet than anywhere else. I honestly don't know what I would do without this business.
