Ms. [redacted] did not make us aware of the extent of her injuries or that she was currently in physical therapy.  Obviously a group class was not the correct environment for her.  Therefore, the Assistant General Manager offered to convert her first month membership fee of $96 be applied...

instead towards private sessions until she became stronger.Regarding attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] both Samantha, Cristi, and another front desk staff member spoke with Ms. [redacted] on the phone and left her voice mail messages during a period of six days after she first came to us with information as to her difficulties.  Ms. [redacted] spoke on the phone with Samantha and was not satisfied with her options to reduce her membership to 4 classes per month or converting to private trainings.She signed a 90 day minimum contract agreement and paid $96 upfront.  We have since refunded her the $96 and cancelled her contract.  Ms. [redacted] never let the instructor, Marji, know of her injuries.  Only that she was new to class.Club Pilates is satisfied that Ms. [redacted] should have signed up for Private sessions rather than trying to join the more challenging group classes.  As we have never been made fully aware of her pre-existing conditions, even to this day, we did as much as we can to take care of this complex client.Respectfully
