Signed up for 3 month membership with owner, Mayra R, on 9/3/19. On 9/30/19 I requested cancellation of the membership. This was due to a combination of an injury I had being aggravated from the pilates and beginner classes not being offered at a time I could attend. Club manager, Amy B, sent email stating credit would be given for 1 month, the following month. I notified the owner, via email, explaining my situation and requesting 2 month credit. Owner never replied and have been continually billed for services not able to participate in.
Hi ***, I received a complaint today from the BBC about problems with billing and membership. I would like to apologize if we did something wrong and if we did, it wasn’t our intention. We respect our members and satisfaction is our main priority. Once again our apologies If we made a mistake with your membership and not clearly stating how the 3 month contract works. We will be issuing you a refund, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me personally at Mayra. ***. Thanks.
