My wife and I are shopping for our first Hot Tub, we have visited every area store and tested many many brandsWhat stands out about the service we've received so far is the patience that both *** (Nick) and *** (Chun) have had and their enthusiasm about their productIt's a big investment and we are trying to ensure we do it rightI just get the sense that they realize that and respect it
It's a nice change, some store we walked into didn't even acknowledge us...after minutes of looking at hot tubs, others seemed to "switch gears" to fast when you show a bit of displeasure about something, like they didn't listen to what you want and are now trying to sell you something you don't need
All in all, when we buy this, it will be our second larger (over $2000) purchase from CP and both times we've been treated respectfully and fairly, really what more can you ask for
I bought a Jacuzzi [redacted] in 2011 at Hunt Club locale. When issues arise they charge $70 travel even if you're in Ottawa boundaries because their service dept is located in Gatinaeu. Then charge again if they don't figure it out the first time! When warranty issue had to be addressed (pump), they charged me $70 for the travel (that's a warranty?) They charged me almost $170 for a "service manager" who came out, pressed some buttons and the spa still had error messages. This is unacceptable, they shouldn't be allowed to do this - my spa is supposed to be still under warranty. That's how Club Piscine will process warranty issues!!
