Review: Club refuge suppose owner wanted to rent out the facility for 2,000 dollars and a 500 dollar deposit for a wedding event for February 15.2014 set for 250 people at the time a deposit was to be made we handed him 1,000 dollars he gave me a recipe and no contract was Signed because no such contract was ever made I called him a week after to cancel the date on the event and to get my money back because no such contract was ever initiated I did some research on the property after a dispute that the suppose owner refused to give me my money back and found out that this facility was under no license, no business license ,tittle for change of name not establish , and the supposed owner hadn't even passed the back ground check yet , this location is not set To be rented out for events and now under investigation by the city of [redacted] development planDesired Settlement: I want my money back a total of 1,000 dollars or I will file a law sue against the suppose owner
