No answering phones or getting back with email
We are trying to go on a family vacation yet no one there seems to get back to me in email or phone callI have tried calling for several days and still no answer

We are set to cruise ion 9/17/and have not been able to get in contact with our travel agent at ALLThe cruise, myself, and others have tried
We are set to cruise on 9/17/We have had a medical emergency and of our people can't not leave the USWe paid for trip insurance but the cruise must hear from the travel agent to get a full refundWe also need to move our rooms around and up grade however the cruise MUST hear from the travel agent to do soThe cruise line, myself, and the other adults (is unable to call as they are still in the hospital) have tried to get a hold of VickieShe answered the phone once and said to call back at 9:EST on tues and she would take care of everythingSince then we have not seen nor heard from her at allAll phone calls go to voice mail including her emergency line that is supposed to be answered 24hrs a day The cruise line has sent emails and tried callingNo answerThey are also sending out a representative to her locati
