Although The Club has refunded my money, I received an email saying I would be reported to a credit agency, even though they canceled my membership, not me. I view this email as harassment as I owe The Club no money Moreover, I have yet to get a response of why my membership was canceled.

not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response that the Club only charged me half of my August membership dues is factually untrue. The Club charged my debit card $70.00 for my membership fees ($35) as well as the dues ($35) of my friend [redacted] on July 29th.  Both [redacted] and I only joined the Club for the Racquet courts and this was known to Bob and the Club.  I have not received any credits to my debit card as of 8/21/2016.  I would have/would view a credit for half of the months August dues as a fair resolution to this problem and am disappointed that the Club did not extend this to me despite their reply stating that they did only charge me half. I have attached a screenshot proving that the Club charged me the full $70 and can provide additional bank statements if needed.
