I reserved a vehicle over the phone with this company on 08/11 and then cancelled it 08/12 asking for a refund. I've been denied my refund.
On 08/11 I reserved a McLaren from this company over the phone and submitted payment via a debit card for the amount of $***. The follwing day on 08/12, I called to cancel this reservation and asked for a refund. I was told by ***, the front desk manager that she would pass *** to her manager *** on 08/13. I did not receive a call back, and then decided to reach out on 08/15. *** replied to my email stating that I had agreed to the terms and conditions of this rental car and would not receive a refund, but a credit for a later date. The problem is, I was NEVER informed verbally of this policy over the phone on the booking date of 08/11, and there is no such policy listed on their website for rentals. I have also asked for a policy in writing and I havent been provided with anything to substantiate this.

On 08/15, I went to this business in perosn to discuss the matter with *** personally. *** stated that he would look into this with accounting department to issue a refund, and I also highlighted the fact that as a customer, I should have been informed of this policy and given something in writing, but *** did not make a comment regarding this, which raised some concerns on its practices.

I dont want to speculate, but I feel that this company will continue to ingnore my requests for refund until the Revdex.com gets involved.

What this company is doing is business practice, its misleading to its customers and not acceptable.
