Club Tan/Club Del Sole

Worst experience with a business I have ever encountered. The owner is a rude psycho. Signed up for a membership that they ended up canceling on me and couldn't tell me why it was canceled so I paid another $76 to tan for 2 weeks. Got a call that I wasn't allowed to tan until my account was figured out. I called everyday for a week multiple times a day and it wasn't until I disputed the account that she finally called me back only to scream at me on the phone. Threatened to tell my back I signed a contract with a $50 cancellation fee. Funny thing is they're he ones who canceled my membership. Long story short that 76 dollars I paid to tan was for nothing because they didn't allow me to tan at all and I didn't get my money back. Rude rude rude. Learn how to solve problems without yelling at your customers.
