This is the biggest scam out there My husband ordered a trial bottle of the pills I did not want to take these and the bottle remained unopened days after receiving the package which was in a box with a packing slip only No details about the scam they pull on their policy of a day trial that starts when you order - regardless of when you receive the productI received the product days ago and log on to my bank to find out I have been charged $for the product I call to tell them I have not opened the bottle and want my account credited I have an unopened bottle of product and will be happy to return it I am told I can get a 70% refundI said that is in NO way acceptable I want my bank account credited immediatelyI am told I need to send it back and then they wait to inspect it and that could take 7-days How do you take that long to inspect an unopened bottle? Not only that it can take up to days thereafter to process the refund This company probably then tells the customer they never received your return so therefore can't process your refundI spoke to several people at this company who have their rehearsed speeches all memorized and don't deviate from their scripts - including the one supervisor they haveRIPOFF SCAMPlease do not have any dealings with this company - TRUE SCAM!!!!!
