Club USA has reviewed Mr***'s statement and feel there is no basis for a complaint to the Revdex.comMr*** came to Club USA to purchase a membershipHe could have chosen anything from a temporary day, week, month or all the way up to a
year membership - which is what he chose - and made no payments towardThere is no where on the contract that said it was for a trial period only - on the contrary it specifically spelled out the number of months and the amount of payments, which we initialed that he understoodAdditionally, his contract provided a business day right to rescind in case of buyers remorse, per Colorado state law, which he chose not to exerciseBy definition, this was not a "contract of adhesion" as he was not forced to come into our facility and was not forced to sign any contract at all - instead he chose the longest commitment possible...hardly a take it or leave it situationAdditionally, Club USA worked with him to reduce the amount placed in collections by 40%Club USA has done everything possible to work with Mr***, short of walking away from a legal contract which is an unrealistic expectationThank you!
