address her concerns.She indicated that she did not want any more tutors and what (to put it kindly) a terrible person I was, before hanging up on me.In any event, all clients must agree to terms (document attached; please see "Refunds" section) that preclude any refunds - and certainly any refunds without a minimum of 15 days notice.This is a Club Z policy, the company is based in Tampa, Florida. I am one of 400+ franchise owners across the U.S. that adhere to this corporate policy.I have serviced over 100 clients to date and this is the first complaint I have faced.As a former educator, I pride myself in the tutoring services that we provide. We have helped many students in their respective academic pursuits.Ms. [redacted] is a unique case - I'll leave it at that.I find it telling that Ms. [redacted] has not pursued a chargeback via her credit card company. This indicates, to me, that she is fully aware of the "no refunds" policy.I think that this is an effort to hurt me and my business.

Review: Tutor was at our home one time with our daughter for 1.5 hours. After our daughter returned from her trip the original tutor had quit. Was told I would be in contact with a new tutor. When I spoke to the new tutor he was asking our availability I shared it and he wanted other days to be optional. I told him the weekdays work best for us and he was persistent with Saturday. I told him I appreciate his efforts but I need someone who will work with my availability. Received a call from manager asking what happened. I told him, he said that the gentleman was a great tutor. I asked for a refund to further my search for tutoring elsewhere and still have not received any refund. The company seems to look out for their best interest instead of the people whom need tutoring. Paid 387.00 through debit card and auto payment. We had 1.5 hours of service and would like the refund of the difference of an hour in a half.Desired Settlement: For our refund to be credited to the same credit card they have on file. If not, a check in the mail!
