We did communicate with the customer that we were not able to fulfill the order in her purchased timeframe and offered her a full refund if she preferred not to wait. She communicated that she wanted the refund on 6/**. She was refunded in full on 6/** and notified of this refund

All orders are processed and scheduled to ship the last week of each month Unfortunately, our vendor had a delay in shipping which we advised the customer of when she called on 2/* We advised package would arrive by 2/**, it did and was signed for SWhite on 2/** at 4:35pm We
received emails from her today while trying to obtain proof of delivery and while doing that we received this Revdex.com complaint We responded to customer with tracking and her package was delivered Our goal is to respond to all customers within a hour period whenever possible We will reach out to the customer with copy of this response. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I placed an order with Clubs Galore in December of 2016 for a 3 month gift of the month club that was to begin in January. After calling and emailing several times, I finally received the first shipment on February **, 2017. The second and third shipments were never received. I have contacted the company in excess of seven times over the months attempting to get resolution to my problem. I did not receive an answer as to my shipments until June *, 2017. I requested a refund of the two shipments never sent on June *,2017 and was assured that my credit for two shipments would be processed that day. However, I only received a credit for one shipment on 6/*/17. I contacted Clubs Galore on 6/*/17 to inform them and request that my third month be refunded as well. I did not receive an answer until 6/**/17 in which I was told that "Hi Tiffany Our system would only allow us to refund the one charge onto your card and the remaining 69.99 was already requested through our accounting office and will be a paper check mailed to you. It has all been processed and should be received in the coming days." As of today I still have not received a credit nor paper check for my third shipment that was also never received. I have sent subsequent emails on 6/**, 7/17 and again on 7/**. I would like my full refund ASAP. I am no longer getting responses from this company and no one answers the phone anymore and a voicemail picks up. It is almost Christmas again and my gift from last year has still not bee received!  I would like my full refund as promised in my email received from Clubs Galore.    [redacted]
