I wouldn't recommend anyone to go thru this property management The staff are rude and unprofessional.They are hard to get a hold of and never return my calls

I lived in an apartment and cluff took over the first week we were without electricity in the common areasI calledbthem daily they informed me [redacted] was looking into it and would be on next day this went on for days during which time I had gone to city housingI have also had to call the police about my neighbors for domestic disturbances on least two occasions and once because their cooking set off the outside smoke detectors after I called the authorities I called the property management and was told "do whatever it is you have to do." There seems to be no clear cut procedure for maintenance and calls to fix things and texts (the only way you can submit a request it seems) take days to get a responseThe final straw are neighbors who steal electricity from the ouside of the building and the neighbors friends who sleep in the vacant apartments, the community laundry room or even the hallways and the management company telling me they will give these folks a ten day motice and nothing happenedI am just glad to be gone

I live in [redacted] located in PhoenixWe have only been here since SeptemberCluff bought out the property here sometime around the end of October beginning of NovemberThey failed to pay for the electric bill here that supplies the pool and laundry room with electricity so we went without for a few daysThey also failed to notify us of maintenance repair for a broken water pipe that affected all of the tenants hereThis happened TWICE!! No notice or anything and so we literally went without water for two whole daysThey do not care about your maintenance issuesFactThey expect you to pay for it if it is under something like $40, this I overheard the neighbors sayI have called and left a message recently regarding the pool and the property as a whole because they do not have someone out here cleaning the pool or keeping up with the maintenanceThe property is disgusting! Full of trash, cigarette butts, and dog feces all over the yards!! Today, I go outside to take my trash out and the trash dump is SO INCREDIBLY FULL OF GARBAGE THAT IT IS BECOMING A HEALTH HAZARD!!! It's overflowing and can be seen all over the ground, literallyIt's not idealI'm disabled with health issues alreadybut do you think they care? It's absolutely disgusting how these people treat their tenants that actually pay the rentWe stepped inside their office located in Mesa and the girl working behind the window was not at all professionalShe could clearly see that I was upset and she thought it was funny and had the nerve to ask me if I was mad while I patiently waited for my roommate to finish paying the rentI wanted to speak to someone in charge but that never happenedYou can't get anything done with these peopleAvoid them AT ALL COSTSDon't bring your children and loved ones into a dump with slumlord managementThere are a number of apartments here that are emptyOne of which I had the pleasure to walk by and get a glimpse of what the inside looked likeThe walls had all been torn down and there was mold growing on the insides of ALL of themI took pictures of it along with the dirty pool and overflowing trash dump! I shouldn't have to live somewhere where I live in fear for my own health and the stress that they have caused me is too muchIt's not safe hereThat apartment is STILL just sitting down there with all of that lovely black moldThey seriously, and I absolutely mean this, need to be put out of businessIf you rent from them PLEASE be smart, for your own good and for others, and take pictures of everything and keep a record of everything they are neglecting to take care ofTake them to court as I'm about to!

sense moving into cluff managed property at [redacted] in mesa I have had Bed bugs Roaches Black mold and Maintnance issusesthe contractors that they send tell meCLUFF tells them to fix things as cheaply as possablein the case of the Black moldThey covered it with a vaneerTHUS the mold was still thereI had to pull the vaneer off & replace the rotted wood myself & paint it with KILLZI in the past contracted for [redacted] as well as Insurance put backsSO I have experiance with the types of repairs needed BUT as a renter I must take hings to the managment companyOn a scale of 1-I give CLUFF a ONLY because I can't give a NEG ALSOin dealing with CLUFFI have to call them atleast 4-times on EVERYTHINGthey NEVER return calls& My representative is never in the office to talk about issuesif you can avoid CLUFF do yourself a favorGo somewhere else

Worst customer service that I have experienced in a very long time! K.CS*** was rude, sarcastic and just down right RUDEI would highly recommend that you speak or deal with anyone other than him

I have been trying to get ahold of there leasing agent for a week with no response text or callback I called the office they seems to have no answers and refer you right back to him horrible business set up and very unsatisfied.

They took over a property that my husband and I were living in half way through our 6 month lease. We wound up staying for 8 months and told them a month before hand that we were leaving. They insisted that we never gave notice. During our time under their management our refrigerator stopped working and we called to get a repair man, they said we would have one the next day but a person didn't show up until a month later and they came without any notice. It has been 2 months since we have moved out and we still have not received our deposit after being told we would get it back (usually under state law a tenant receives it 2 weeks after moving out)! We have been calling and emailing without responses and constantly playing phone tag. We were told today (over 2 months later) that they sent out a request form maybe a week ago to get the deposit for us. It is getting ridiculous now and the staff isn't helpful at all. I feel like they keep making excuses for their unprofessionalism and lack of experience. I would recommend that a person does not rent from them because all they will go through is a headache and problems.

I learned this year that Cluff Property Management LLC filed a judgment against me in March of 2013 for a property I no longer lived in. I now have an eviction on my credit report for a property I gave 30 day notice on their web portal, which is no longer a working site.

This company is very poor on how they treat their tenants. We have had to beg and beg to get things rectified and still nothing. We were forced to cut into our rent to purchase a refrigerator that this company promised in the lease agreement. Still hasn't been rectified. We even lost hundreds of dollars in food spoiled. The heater in our home even caught fire in the attic while we slept in our beds at night. Luckily it burned itself out. But it took Cluff Property Management a month to rectify the situation but not before receiving my 5 day notice of lease termination pursuant to Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant act.
