I am a senior with mobility issues. The bad company dumped leaves from my neighbors yard into my yard and onto the side of my house where I use my walk way. They are making it impossible for me to travel safely on my own property. I let them know I was watching and as soon as I left for church they dumped the remainder of the leaves between the homes. I have pictures. I also have a video of them intentionally blowing the leaves from their clients back yard into my yard. Also their online address is not any of them that you have one file, leading me to believe they are some type of scam and I want to warn others. Their on-line address is 5348 W 161 St. Brookpark, OH 44142. They use the same phone number of 440-884-4001..
Response Taken over the Phone:
The business has stated they received an email from this consumer through their website but there was no contact information nor identifying factors included in the email. Had the consumer contacted them via the phone number on their website (the office number) or the Revdex.com profile (Aaron's direct line) they would have immediately taken steps to rectify the situation. If there had been an issue with their employees they would have addressed the situation as needed. However, there was no chance given to address the issue before this complaint was filed. The business has advised the consumer is free to contact Aaron at the number on their Revdex.com profile directly and they can discuss some kind of resolution.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They received your letter and they cannot even respond correctly, their webpage address is different from the addresses you have on line for this company. They never contacted me. But I sure will contact my city and show them the video. Clutch's idea of getting rid of the leaves is to put them into someone elses yard is apauling. I am not touching those leaves because they have the tarry mold on them. That came from the trees, if this company was a good landscaper they would have processed the leaves correctly. I still believe they nothing more than a landscammer.
