We began communicating with the customer on July 2, 2017. Our salesperson communicated off and on for the next days, unfortunately their decision to purchase the vehicle happen to coincide with the person that ultimately bought the vehicle. We are sorry for the inconvenience
we may have caused. Our vehicles are sold on a first come first serve transaction. When we realized what had happened we contacted the customer immediately in Florida to inform them of the situation, at that time the paperwork had not been signed or money exchanged. We agree with everything Mr. [redacted] has said.  One item left out was that he drove another vehicle same make, year, model equipment with the service manager KC E[redacted] and it also had the same nonconformities.  Since it is a product issue, it has been sent to General Motors for...

investigation.  Our General Motors rep Gary W[redacted] is fully aware of this customers concerns.  At this time there is nothing Clyde Revord Motors can do for Mr. [redacted] it is up to General Motors to repurchase the vehicle for the product issues.
