We agree with everything Mr [redacted] has said One item left out was that he drove another vehicle same make, year, model equipment with the service manager KC E [redacted] and it also had the same nonconformities Since it is a product issue, it has been sent to General Motors for investigation Our General Motors rep Gary W [redacted] is fully aware of this customers concerns At this time there is nothing Clyde Revord Motors can do for Mr [redacted] it is up to General Motors to repurchase the vehicle for the product issues
