Review: I was in a accident on July 27, 2014 and on August 1, 2014 my insurance company told me to find a company to fix my car. Mr. M[redacted] of C&M Auto body had left a business card on my window. So I called to see if he could help. I met up with him and he saw my car and said he can fix it for me. He got my car towed to his shop once my car was towed to his shop. I called to ask him how long will it take for him to repair my car. Mr. M[redacted] told me he would not fix my car until he receive a payment. Not once when he came to get my car did he say any rules of payment first nor that he would not start working on my car until he get the payment. So I called my insurance company and they even said no auto body shop ever does that. The insurance company even called him to inform him that they was mailing out the check and I only have but so many days in the rental car. The check came August 8, 2014, which makes a whole week my car been at his shop and has not been worked on. Mr. M[redacted] DID NOT ENDORSE THE CHECK SO IT WAS CANCLED BY MY INSURANCE and they mailed a new check and informed him that he has to endorse the check. He became very rude and nasty not answering calls when me or my insurance company called he was taking his time fixing my car. My insurance company would call he would hang the phone up on them. He would tell me my car ready one day then get his daughter to text me and say its not ready when I'm on the way to pick up my car. The shop is VERY unprofessional. He make up new rules every day for his shop. I could never get in contact with him. His daughter was his secretary and she was a very nice young lady and could not understand half of the bad things he was doing either. THE SHOP IT SELF IS VERY NASTY. They would never let me go inside the office. My blinker was out when I got my car back and that was one of the items he was suppose to replace as well. When I went to pick up my car he still wasn't finish putting everything on my car. I had to wait. I was called A [redacted].Desired Settlement: This guy should not be in business. I told him I had just lost my grandmother and he had no type of care in the world. He is very money hungry but does not do a good job on the cars and have very bad customer service. I went through a very emotional and stressful time with this company. I had to go to the doctors for anxiety and stress. I feel he should be fined or pay for my doctor bills or close the shop down. I also experienced him arguing on the phone with another customer as well.
