Review: I bought jeep from [redacted] April 2013, the jeep was inspected and reported good condition
I kept up with oil changes, and had 3 done, almost a month ago the jeep started making sounds when start and when turn off, and engine light appeared
I had jeep checked by [redacted] and was told everything was fine and they turned off engine light, few days later light comes on again and I take to shop where have oil changed and was told everything was ok from what they can tell, but advised to take to mechanic
I took to mechanic next to my house, due starting car and made popping noises, the mechanic informed could be possibly broken vial, my husband contact [redacted](warranty comapny given when purchased jeep) who sent inspector and they decided not to pay because of sludge from previous owner, my husband asked how could that be when jeep was inspected, the company said sludge around the vial or engine
I just recently went to Vinaudit to get car history report, to find the mileage on jeep is incorrectDesired Settlement: I would like for warranty to pay for new engine or for [redacted] to give a new car or jeep
Review: I was told that I must leave a minimum of $500 deposit, which I did, to hold a car I desired while I applied for an auto loan through my credit union. I specifically asked the associate if denied the loan will I get my money back and he said yes. I was denied that auto loan and 2 days later spoke with them over the phone about my denial. When I returned to this car dealer to retrieve my deposit I was told by the [redacted] that I will not be reimbursed and my $500 can only be applied to purchase a car from their business.Desired Settlement: I would like my $500 back and an apology for trying to manipulate and rob me.
I placed an $100.00 deposit for a vehicle to hold a vehicle that I never purchased for them. I returned approximately 3 times and was constantly told to come back because the manager wasn't available in at the moment. When I did finally speak to him he told me to bring the receipt. So, I returned with the receipt and he refuses to provide me a refund. [redacted] spoke to me in an indignant tone of voice, and was very disrespectful.
