My name is [redacted] , I am owner/ operator of C&M automotiveI am Writing in response to the complaint listed aboveI replaced a tire for Ms[redacted] and a week later she returned with a problem (the rear of her vehicle was low to the ground)We attempted to repair a ride control problem for Ms[redacted] as a curteousy not because we felt we did anything wrongThe reason being she is my deceased sisters X-partner I had reset her ride control module (no charge)The vehicle was fine when she picked it upTwo weeks later she returned complaining that the rear of her vehicle was now riding to high In addition she said somone scratched her vehicle on the rear quarters) (it looked as if somebody backed into some bushes)I replaced a ride sensor at my expense and once again reset the ride control module to factory settingsShe picked it up and everything was fineWeeks later she returned stating it was riding low againWe reset the ride control module once againShe still felt that it was not repaired properlyNow in addition to that she said someone cut hydraulic lines, then it was wires, I really don't know what it was aboutIt would make no sense for me to sabotage a system that I have so much time and money invested inI feel that I went above and beyond to try to help her Respectfully [redacted] C&M Automotive & Tire

When the tires were put on my truck, it was not until approximately a week when I noticed it being low to the ground in the backAt that time I had no idea what had happenedAfter talking to a few mechanic's and mentioning to them I just had four tires put onIt was then I was asked if who ever put the four tires on had first turned the suspension switch off prior to jacking the truck up That is when I called C&M New and Used tires and was told to bring my truck there, I had my caregiver go with meOnce inside the guy that put the tires on my truck came into the front of the shop , they call him Little Man, said to another employee, *** *** " I didn't know there was a hydraulic suspension on that truck", Then *** *** took him out side and showed him where the switch wasLater that day I got a message on FaceBook from *** *** telling me to call *** at the other shop( C&M Auto Repair ) and he would fix my truckI also have a witness that was with me on one of the occasions when I picked up my truck, and was verbally threatened by Mr *** that he was gonna bust my jaw for writing the Revdex.comIf in fact C&M New and Used tires was not negligent, why would the owner have me bring my truck to the mechanic that was working on it on five different occasions? I also will provide you with written statement from another customer that took a vehicle to C&M Auto Repair, and their vehicle was also not fixedThis individual is also aware that my truck was there on several occasions He will write me up a letter to this fact and I will pick it up tomorrow and will get it to you asapAlong with pictures of my truck that the owner says he has fixedFrom everyone I have spoke with regarding the truck being jacked up without the switch being turned off, and have looked at the truck have told me it did just what any vehicle would do given the same circumstance. I am years old, have been disabled since years of age and am raising my five year old granddaughterI rented a car for the first three weeks, then had to rely on friends for rides to get my granddaughter to and from school, doctor appointments ect I ended up having to borrow money to buy a vehicle so I was able to live my life I want my truck taken to the Ford Dealer to be fixed properly, I think after it being over five months of this I shouldn't have to wait any longer not to mention, it is starting to get cold and I need my vehicle to not only take my granddaughter to school but to be able to make it to many appointments I have do to my health, as well as doing grocery shopping and other daily things that are involved in life..I would like to add that I owned my truck for five years and never had any problems until I took it to C&M Tires As I told you on the phone, Mr *** called my home three times thinking he was calling the Revdex.comIn the messages he call's me mental, and says I am out to frame himI only want him to do what any business owner would do in the situation due to their obvious negligence.

Regards, In the matter of the response from C&M TiresFirst and for-most, I have NEVER filed a complaint on another business in my lifeSecondly if you read his first response, he indicates that he fixed my truck after putting on "A" tire on the truck, when in fact I purchased four tires that day and had them put on my truck, As well as him saying that he only did so out of kindness because I was his deceased sister's x partner, insinuating I am a lesbianAs well as himself admitting that he fixed my truck, which he did notEveryone in this town knows that I am not, and never have been in a relationship with a woman I have lived in Kenosha for years, and at one time had a business of my ownI have never tried to get anything for nothing, it is quite the oppositeAnd I recent his insinuationsAnd will deal with them accordinglyMean while, my truck sits in my driveway, as you can see in the picture that I sent to youAnd I am without transportation to bring my granddaughter to school, nor am able to do every day things that require use of a vehicleSince I was years of age I have Never been without a vehicle, and would not be now if it wasn't for C&M Tires trying to pass the buck by insulting me as a individualI would also like to mention for reasons I do not know, and only aware of this because of the owner of C&M Tires sister, sending me a message via Facebook telling me that if i'm a friend of *** Glass ( which is the mechanic that worked on my truck at Mr***'s other business, C&M Auto repairs), that I am not to contact any of their familyWhen getting this message I inquired and found out that *** had been fired Mr *** also says in his response that he has never had a problem with his business for the years of being in businessI can get written statements from several people that have had problems with his business and provide them to youAnd you will find that it is not I with a reputation in any manor, but in fact Mr *** is the one with a reputation of ripping people off do to his drug habit I will not stop until my truck is fixed by a ford dealer, which is what needs to be done due to the seriousness of what could happen if not fixed properly, and my having to drive my 5 year old granddaughter around in it I also have an individual that witnessed Mr*** threatening me with bodily harm, as well as his girlfriend telling him " I told you not to even look at that *** ***" while I was picking my truck up from C&M Auto RepairThis has been going on now for near six monthsIf Mr *** didn't feel it was his employee's negligence, then why has he been running me around the block for almost a half a year, trying to fix my truck by having me bring it back so many times only to have it rigged, telling me it was fixed and look as is if it was when I picked up my truck every time only to have it go right back to the condition depicted in the photo that I sent to you Mr*** knows the cost of the repairs needed to fix my truck, and I fully believe that is why he has first denied any negligence on his part, but yet still having me bring the truck back to him so many timesThe bottom line here is a Business owner trying to get out of paying for something his employee's are in fact responsible forThank you so much for your time *** ***
I am responding to *** *** statements from her affairs at my business in kenosha wisconsin at C&M tire...We took responsibilities for any incident that happened due to the air ride system not being shut down...I was glad to correct any issue caused, As I would for anything that could be due to my businessI have been in buissness for years and have never had these kind of issues.Im sure if you do a background check on *** *** ....I am not the only business she has filed on....I did willingly repair the problem for her and I was glad to do soBut these problems she is stating are and I believe she is trying to get more out of me for no apparent reasonI have hundreds of customers And I have never had these problems..Please let me know if there is anything else you would need from meThank you,
