We needed a new roof and called Turco Roof Systems to help with the insurance claim and put on our new roof They were very quick with the process and constantly kept us in the loop of what was going on and the steps we needed to take I would say we were very picky customers since we wanted the roof done a certain way and wanted to go with a different brand and type of shingles than what they carried [redacted] was very patient and met all of our standards without questionThe roofers were very professional, honest, and reasonable with fixing discrepancies in the roof from the previous builder and any damage that needed fixed We are very happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Turco for a relatively stress free process

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company doing work on my home! First my Roof was beyond poorly in stalled Nothing about it is right and will have to be removed and a new roof put on by new company The work scope was not following and supplies were not ordered like the drip edge that is required since in ga as a building code law So right off the bat my roof does not meet current codes should I want to sell my home Have pictures and videos where they put down shingles with not felt/flashingI have damaged to all Fascia that will have to be replaced on the entire house Scratched up vinyl fence then workers spray painted it in an attempt to cover up the damages Broken window ( just had new windows installed by *** in March), Torn screens, Brand new $10,*** Air Conditioner Damaged had to have We Care heating and Air come out and inspect , take pictures of damages and clean out nails and roofing materials from inside unitBlack Caulking on my White Vinyl siding Just a complete Night Mare!!! If you are planning to use this company please feel free to contact me directly *** to see my Pics and Videos first I have ask that they pay for the damages will keep posted on their response I will be having all shingles removed and Damages repaired by new company next week!! Remember the Roof is the most important thing on your home Not the place for a company to cut corners at your expense If you chose to work with them work with your own insurance company never let them make check out to Turco directly Thank god I handled it myself and check was made out to me and me only Still have my funds to get my roof done right Like I said I will keep you posted on their response for the Damages My Insurance is on standby to handle it for me if not Got to love good insurance

I filed an insurance claim, so money wasn't really an issue I let *** do as much repair as was needed They ended up replacing a lot of the plywood decking, facia and soffitsThey also took care of the inside drywall It took months of waiting and calling both my insurance company and ***; however, when the job was done, it was like I had a brand new roof However, within one year, I got another leak Since *** warranted their work for year, I called them After having to keep on them for about weeks, they finally came out and fixed the outside, but the inside ceiling was still stained For another month I tried to get some sort of reply about whether or not they would take care of the inside, but they just stoppe

I was extremely satisfied with how quickly the Turco Roofing team tore off my old shingles and reinstalled the entire new roofThe crew was very polite, respectful and made sure to protect the landscaping around my home during the jobI am glad that I hired them to do my roof work!

I advise customers to obtain an itemized receipt and check to make sure that the charges are correctTurco tried to charge me over $for work that they did not do (painting & repairs on the wood at the top of my house)The bill was corrected after I confronted them about it

On October 18, I contracted TURCO roofing to repair my roof and my insurance company paid them $17, When the owner *** came to my home she said that the roof leaks caused other damage to the interior of my home but my insurance company informed me they would have to do separate claims I gave TURCO a check for $11,initially and then the company added on more charges; $that I had to pay out of pocket for re-flash and then I gave them a final check for $(included $for supposedly additional shingles needed) and on April 3, TURCO reported to my insurance company that all work was completed according to the insurance scope but after *** received the final check she told me that she had not completed all the work and I had no idea what she was referring to After contacting my insurance company I was told that the payments I had given TURC

I called Turco Roofing after tornado weather came through our areaThey came out the next day, arranged to have a tree removed from my roof, and tapped the damageThey handled all of the insurance paperwork, and I had a new roof in just a few weeksMy roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happierI have recommended their services to many of my friends and neighbors

I found a few missing shingle tabs and was concerned about the storms that came through our area causing this damage I called my insurance company then called Turco Roofing Turco worked incredibly well with my insurance rep and within one week I was able to get the roof replacement covered by insurance and Turco had it scheduled the following week Turco is fast, works great with insurance and handled all the paperwork flawlessly This was the second home Turco did for me and I'm 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to call them for another job or recommend them to friends
